What should I do if my order is damaged or incomplete when it arrives?

Please take a photo of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund you as soon as possible.

What does the paddle board set include?

Each Funwater paddle board set includes an inflatable paddle board, adjustable paddle, hand pump, backpack, fins and repair tools. Some products also come with a detachable seat, waterproof phone bag, waterproof dry bag, shoulder strap, etc.

How long does it take to inflate the stand up paddle board?

Using the included hand pump, inflation usually takes 5-10 minutes. You can also upgrade to an electric pump for paddle board as needed.

What size paddle board should I choose?
